Dr. Trubschenck studied dentistry at renowned UOP School of Dentistry in San Francisco. There he graduated with honors and went on to receive post-graduate training in periodontics (gum surgery), and cosmetic dentistry. He now maintains a busy practice, enjoying all phases of restorative and cosmetic services in Citrus Heights, CA.
Dr. Trubschenck is also proud to have been the “Dentist to the Dentists,” — serving dozens of other dentists, who recognize him to be not only gentle and caring, but technically excellent.
Because of his exceptional dental care, he has helped over 10,000 patients in his career, that have traveled from many cities around California, and even many from out of state and country!

How often should I visit the dentist?
Every six months for a checkup and cleaning, or as recommended by Dr. Trubschenck.

Yes! We welcome new patients and look forward to caring for your smile.
Do you serve patients outside of Citrus Heights?
Yes! And because of his exceptional dental work, he has thousands of patients that travel to see him from many cities around California, including Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Roseville, and many from out of state.
Do you offer dental implants?
Yes, we specialize in dental implants for a permanent, natural-looking solution.
Does getting a dental implant hurt?
Most patients experience minimal discomfort, and we ensure a pain-free procedure with anesthesia.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes, we provide emergency dental care. Call us immediately if you have a dental emergency.
What cosmetic dentistry services do you offer?
Dr. Trubschenck offers cosmetic “smile makeovers” that often only take a few weeks; including veneers, beautiful Zirconia crowns, tooth replacements, tooth whitening, and tooth straightening (orthodontic).
How long do dental crowns and fillings last?
With proper care, crowns and fillings can last for decades!
(It also depends on the quality of materials that are placed, and WHO places them!).
Are you using dental insurance?
At Carl Trubschenck, D.D.S. we submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients, having the insurance companies paying our office directly. Our staff is expert at working with dental insurance companies to maximize your benefits.
No dental insurance? Over 60? No Problem!
Dr. Trubschenck has many reduced fees for CASH PAYMENTS and 'elderly' patients! We also offer several forms of financing - it is truly no hassle dentistry!
